Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I change the delivery address on the order I have just placed?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible so it may not be possible to change the delivery address, but please do always ask and we will do our very best to help.
If needed, you can always contact us at customer@flexinout.com, our customer care team will try to change the address if it hasn't been dispatched. Otherwise, you may need to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the new address.
The product I want is out of stock.
Please email us the information about the item you want to purchase, and we will restock it as soon as possible. You can also look for a similar style on our website.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are temporarily only delivering to the US (Remote areas and overseas addresses are not included, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam) or 、UK (Overseas territories are not included, such as British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands)、CA.
Shipping to more and more countries will become available soon!
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we are still not able to ship items to different addresses in one order. You may need to place a seperate order for each address.
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages? / I only received my partial order, where are my other purchased items?
Occasionally, some items are so popular that we have trouble keeping them in stock and they get backordered. Rest assured, you’ll have everything soon; but in some cases, to make sure you get your order as soon as possible we ship items separately upon availability. We apologize sincerely for any delays.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an Order Shippment Comfirming letter including your tracking number. You can check the status of the order at any time by entering tracking number at the "Order Checker " page.
To keep you updated, we’ll send you emails when your order has been shipped and delivered.
How do I return items?
For the time being, we only accept exchange and refund for US and UK orders, and you need to deliver the goods within 30 days of your receipt.
Return procedure:

3. We will send you an email about the specific return method.
Lingerie care
How do I take care of my lingerie?
Hand washing your garment using a delicate detergent is the best way to maintain the fit, shape and fabric of the product.
Harsh detergents and bleaches can destroy elastic and lace. Handwashing will also increase the lifespan of the product.
Rinse garment in cold water.
If handwashing is not an option, and you choose to machine wash, do so with a delicate detergent and a lingerie wash bag with the machine on a delicate / gentle cycle. However, you choose to wash, always air dry the garment. Heat can destroy both fibers and elastics.
If washing a bra, do not twist to remove excess water.
Separate dark and light colored clothes in order to prevent discoloring.
